Christopher Thompson is a partner working in the firm’s real estate transactions practice.  He focuses on a range of real estate transactions, from simple to complex, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and development.  Mr. Thompson also has significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of construction and architectural services contracts.

Prior to joining Tenenbaum & Saas, Christopher worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a large national law firm.  Before law school, Mr. Thompson spent several years as a practicing architect, working as a designer, project manager and construction administrator for architectural firms in Boston, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Thompson draws on his architectural experience and legal knowledge to reach a well-rounded understanding of real estate transactions and to find practical and comprehensive solutions for his clients.
