Ann Ramsey is a partner with the law firm of Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C.  She represents purchasers, sellers, investors, property managers and lenders in the commercial real estate market, including multifamily, condominium, mixed use, office and industrial properties.  Over the years, Ann has also represented borrowers and lenders in restructuring distressed real estate asset transactions.

Ann began her career with a large multinational firm based in Virginia in 1981, then moved to Baltimore in 1991 and now practices in Chevy Chase, Maryland, with an emphasis on Maryland and Virginia properties.

She has been active in the Maryland Bar Association, having served as the Chair of the Real Property Section among other appointments.  She has been a  presenter, served on panels and written course materials for several continuing legal education programs.

Ann received her Juris Doctor from T.C. Williams School of Law where she graduated seventh in her class, and was a member of the University of Richmond Law Review and the McNeil Law Society.
