Bradshaw Rost is a senior managing partner at Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. Bradshaw provides corporate and transactional legal services, along with litigation and bankruptcy expertise, to a diverse clientele in different sectors of the economy. He also serves as counsel for real estate management companies and developers in the management and sale of their real estate portfolios.
Having been with the firm since 1998, Bradshaw has extensive experience serving as lead counsel for the merger and acquisition of businesses in different sectors of the economy. His substantial and varied courtroom experience includes defending and challenging the validity and enforcement of legal agreements in various sectors and marketplaces and representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
Bradshaw received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University National Law Center and is the author of the e-book chapter “The Litigation Paradox,” published by ExecSense-the World’s Largest Publisher of Webinars e-books and Digital Knowledge. In addition, he has also been published in the New York Times and Baltimore Magazine. In a survey of his peers in Washington, D.C., Bradshaw was named one of the top 5% litigators based upon ethics, experience, and reputation.
