Brian Grindall is a partner with the law firm of Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. He represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate including joint ventures, acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties, development agreements, and borrower and lender representation.
Brian has extensive experience representing property owners, asset managers and investors in connection with the development, sale, acquisition, and leasing of retail, residential, condominium, data center, office, industrial, mixed-use and hotel properties. In addition, Brian has substantial experience representing lenders, borrowers, and purchasers in financial workouts and restructuring of distressed real estate asset transactions.
Brian previously served as general counsel to a national commercial real estate developer, where he oversaw general operations and investment and development activities associated with office, industrial, retail and residential real estate development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region ranging from New Jersey to Virginia.
Brian received his Juris Doctor from New England Law and his Masters of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, he teaches commercial real estate law and risk assessment at Georgetown University and George Mason University.
